Ever have a sautéed turnip? No? Try it!
- 1 Large Turnip
- Heat a skillet on medium high heat with the oil in it
- Peal the skin off the turnip with a potato peeler
- Slice the turnip into rectangles
- Once the oil is hot, place the turnips into the pan
- Sauté until browned or to taste
- Serve on a plate and enjoy! (I like mine with dijon mustard)
